1. Cut off the ends of the brussel sprouts and cut them in half. 2. You can add Extra Virgin Olive Oil before cooking but for brussel sprouts I actually recommend adding it after cooking. 3. Place the pieces face down on preheated grill and cook for about 12 minutes. 4. After they are cooked I drip a few drops of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the open side of each half. The Olive oil seeps into the sprouts and is just delicious. If you add the olive oil before cooking you won't quite get the same effect. Brussel Sprouts are a member of the cruciferous family, which have unique cancer fighting properties!
