You can use red or green peppers. Red peppers are sweeter and usually more expensive. When buying green peppers, look for lighter colored, soft, thick peppers. The brittle ones that crack when you press them won't be very good. They obviously mix great with other veggies like onions or even green beans on the grill. 1. Cut the peppers into pieces. 2. Cover with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. You can also try cooking veggies right after cooking a hamburger. The juices from the burger make a great seasoning for veggies. 3. Peppers will burn a little on the george foreman grill. I recommend only preheating the grill for 2 or 3 minutes before putting the peppers on. They still might burn a little bit but they come out fine. 4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring once midway thru cooking if desired.
