Zucchini and yellow squash come out remarkably well on the George Foreman Grill, much better than frying. I believe there are actually 2 different kinds of zucchini, the very dark green skinned kind and the lighter colored zucchini that has some faint strips. The lighter colored ones are the better ones, the dark ones are more watery and have less taste. Yellow squash is very similar to the lighter one but I think it has a little more flavor and is probably my favorite. 1. Peel(optional) the zucchini or yellow squash and cut them into strips about 1/4 inch thick. 2. Cover with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. You can also try cooking veggies right after cooking a hamburger. The juices from the burger make a great seasoning for veggies. 3. Place on preheated grill and cook for 7 minutes. Flip and cook another 4 minutes.
